Rules
1. HOW TO ENTER: No
purchase necessary. Must be 13 years or older to enter. Official
entry is available at www.sanantoniosports.org or by mailing a
hand-printed 3" x 5" index card with your complete Name,
Mailing Address (City, State and Zip Code), Email Address, Date
of Birth, and Home Phone to SASF, Attn: 2005 Volleyball, P.O.
Box 830386, San Antonio, TX 78283-0386. One entry blank per person.
All entries must be registered online by 11:59 p.m. Central on
September 9, 2005 or postmarked before September 6, 2005 to be
eligible. Winner will be notified by phone or e-mail.
2. RANDOM DRAWING AND
ODDS:
GRAND PRIZE - Two All-Session Game Tickets to the 2005 NCAA Division
I Women’s Volleyball Championship, two passes to the 2005
SALOC Pre-game Hospitality Function, and one Parking Pass. One
winner will be selected in a random drawing, on September 10,
2005 from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of judges
are final.
3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE
RETAIL VALUES:
One (1) Grand Prize (2) Two All-Session Game Tickets to
the 2005 NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship,
(2) Passes to the 2005 SALOC Pre-game Hospitality Function, (1)
Parking Pass. Transportation and accommodations are the responsibility
of the winner. Approximate retail value of the grand prize package
is $150.
Prizes consist of only
those items specifically listed as part of each prize. Prizes
are not transferable and are not subject to exchange. No substitute
prizes will be awarded and prizes may not be exchanged for cash.
4. TIME FRAME: The
contest timeframe is 2/3/05 – 9/9/05. Any prizes not claimed
will be forfeited. All prizes will be awarded and, if the winners
are unable to use the prize or any part of the prize within the
time frame offered, they forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
The San Antonio Sports Foundation reserves the right to select
another winner in this instance.
5. GENERAL RULES: Open
only to residents of the United States. Employees of the San Antonio
Sports Foundation (Sponsors), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members
and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law. No liability is assumed for late,
lost, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, or illegible entry information.
Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of
winner. All International, Federal, State and local laws and regulations
apply. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable
will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and
its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes
of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless
prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold harmless
and indemnify the San Antonio Sports Foundation (Sponsors), subsidiaries,
affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents
against any / all liability, damages or causes of action (however
named and described), with respect to or arising out of (i) entrant's
participation in the promotion, or (ii) the receipt or use of
the prizes awarded herein. . By participating in this promotion,
entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions
of the judges. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical
or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of
the promotion, or in the announcement of the prize.
6. All decisions as
to the contest rules and interpretations are exclusively within
the sole discretion of the San Antonio Sports Foundation and may
be changed from time to time without notice.
7. The San Antonio
Sports Foundation reserves the right to cancel or modify contest
at any time without notice.
