POST-Game Interviews
GAME #1 (Canada, 77 v. Bahamas, 70)
NAME: Greg Francis
POSITION: Head Coach, Canada
QUOTE: “With a tournament like this there is no such thing as a bad win. So if you get a win that’s ground to build character, if you’re winning then that’s making the job easier for me. If we had to build character from a losing game like this that would have been tough to rebound. The Bahamas played a great game, and I knew that they were going to come back.”
NAME: Junior Cadougon, #5
POSITION: Player, Canada
QUOTE: “We came out flat. The team was down a little bit but we bounced back and got the victory, which was the important thing. We learned our lesson and next time we won’t underestimate a team.”
